Proper Kite Care

Tip #1 Store your kites sand-free and dry.

Tip #2 Rinsing your kite is not necessary. However, if you choose to rinse
your kite with fresh water, be sure to allow it to dry out completely (Fresh water = mold).

Tip #3 When taking long breaks, deflate the leading edge and roll your
kite, securing it with your harness or put it back in the bag.

Tip #4 Store your kites in temperature controlled environments. Do not
store your kites in places where they are exposed to extreme temperatures(trunks, back seats, sheds).

Tip #5 Most manufacturers warranty kites for 6 months. If you have a defect, call them.

Tip #6 When your kite’s inflated on the beach, make sure there is enough sand on each side of the center strut to keep it from flying down the beach into a fence or tree.
